David Rutanga is the author of several books, the leader of western province Apostolic center and senior Pastor of Zion Temple Celebration Center Karongi parish.

David is the foundation of Reactivation of family Organization (RFVO) and Director of Mind Transformative Consultancy (MTC). He holds a Master’s degree in the Ministry of Leadership and Development, he is renowned gospel conference speaker and trainer specializes in marriage relationship. He hosts and presents a variety of shows on several television networks that are focused on strengthening families. He is married to Anitha, and together they have four children.
